Beschreibung

Forró it's a couple dance from the North East of Brazil that emerged in the second half of the 1900s. This dance interprets a musical tradition and culture that merges elements of european ballroom dance with brazilian rhythms.

Forró it's an inclusive, easy to learn and highly rewarding dance and we are really looking forward to meeting you!

About this workshop

This workshop it's open to all and we'll focus on introducing forró in the most fun and accessible way. The main language of class will be English.

If you're not sure whether to join a Forró class, just go for it! It will dramatically improve your life. Classes with Galatea are simply perfect, and you'll meet people in a very healthy and heartwarming atmosphere. Just apply!

The course was really fun. She explained everything very well, gave good inputs and created an interesting, fun class. Would definetly recommend to take the course.

Galatea is an amazing teacher! The energy she brought to the course every week was unmatched:) She’s great at explaning the steps, making everyone feel comfortable and she was simply so much fun! I am going to miss the course and her a lot!

Galatea is a great teacher. Could not have asked for a better introduction to Forró. The progression and content of the course was very well planned and explained. I love everything about this course.
