Beschreibung

During the practice, we simulate tournament rounds. This means, you partner up with someone and dance through all Standard and Latin dances like they are played in a tournament: a bit less than two minutes for each dance and without a break in between. So it's all about dancing through the programs, gaining some routine, and building up fitness.

Usually, a trainer is present for tips, and to help you improve your dancing for your next competition.

Note: This is an open class, everyone is welcome. You can just drop in. No need to sign up. You will, however, have to wear dancing shoes or clean sports shoes with white soles and heel protectors.

Do I need to bring a partner? You can come without a partner. Chances are there are also other people joining without a partner and you can just pair up with them. However, if you want to be sure to have someone to dance with, just bring a partner.

Daniel and Andrea are excellent teachers, i can only recommend. Their clear and step by step explanations are very easy to follow.

Das Lehrerpaar war topmotiviert und hat die Tanzschritte mit Witz + Style vorgezeigt. So hat es gleich noch mehr Spass gemacht in den Tanzstunden :). Andrea und Daniel haben darauf geachtet, dass alle Teilnehmerpaare Feedback bekommen und haben uns mit bei Fragen gerne und oft weitergeholfen.

Loved this class, Daniel and Andrea presented the steps slowly but in an interesting way so I could follow along. So fun and good variety of dances.

I always enjoy courses with Daniel and Andrea because beyond a mere learning of complementary steps there is a focus on how leading and following works, which is very important especially in starter-friendly courses like Ballroom 1.

Das Lehrerpaar war topmotiviert und hat die Tanzschritte mit Witz + Style vorgezeigt. So hat es gleich noch mehr Spass gemacht in den Tanzstunden :). Insbesondere die Erklärungen zum Englischwalzer mit Flipchart war originell und hilfreich. Als Einführungskurs hat das ganze meiner Meinung nach super funktioniert. Anfangen bei absoluten Basics in Tanzhaltungen und Schritten um möglichst alle Teilnehmer mitzunehmen. Auch der Fokus darauf, dass sich absolut alle wohlfühlen (Stichwort Körperkontakt) fand ich super geregelt.

I was a total noob and yet i was able to learn some basics pretty fast thanks to them while also having some fun. Would defo recommend this course to anyone whos going to polyball but doesnt know how to dance

This is a great course for learning the basic steps of four dances. The teachers are friendly and open, and explain the steps well. The course is well adapted for complete beginners, and a good refresher if you already know the dances a little. Even though it is 4 hours long, it is not very tiring as the course is distributed throughout the day.

Super Kurs, hat richtig Spass gemacht. Die Lehrer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Stimmung war gut. Hätte nicht erwartet in 4h so weit zu kommen. Würde es jedem empfehlen (Achtung, macht Bock auf mehr!).

Der Crashkurs war sehr hilfreich, um uns in nur einem einzigen Tag so gut wie möglich vorzubereiten. Ich war verblüfft, wie viel wir an diesem einzigen Tag lernen konnten.

Super Einsteigerkurs für Anfänger! Wir wurden in gutem Tempo an die Tänze herangeführt. Man fühlte sich nie ins kalte Wasser geworfen.

Daniel hat von den Füssen bis zu den Hüften erklärt, was eigentlich passiert, wenn man sauber Rumba und Cha Cha Cha tanzt. Das war für mich eine sehr gute Wiederholung. Ich würde so einen Kurs für Jive oder Samba jederzeit auch besuchen.

Daniel explained the Rumba and Cha Cha technique from the bottom up. Well-structured, easy to follow, lots of tips and information to take home and practice in front of a mirror for hours.

Daniel explained the focus of this lesson very nicely and gradually. Kicks and flicks are definitely a great addition to the Jive repertoire, loved it!

Daniel ist ein toller Tanzlehrer, er hat viel Erfahrung und kann beiden meisten Problemen mit hilfreichen Tipps weiterhelfen.

Nice course for begineers, the progression is a bit fast, but for sure is not boring. I would say a proper introduction to dancing.
