This workshops focuses on how to identify what the music is telling the dances and how to dance to the changes and accents in the music.

Hour 1 (Adjusting Our Dancing to the Music - Here, we will focus on how to dance to different part of a song and to different kinds of songs.)

Hour 2 (Accenting Our Dancing - This part will focus on how to add styling and movements that match the accents in the music.)

Hour 3 (Optional Practice Session/Dance Party - Relax and dance... or ask teachers for tips on stuff from the class and/or dancing in general.)
