Description

On the 27th November, the course won't take place as usual in the GEP but in the Raum der Stille on the Hönggerberg (Wolfgang-Pauli-Strasse 14, 8049 Zürich).

During the ballroom courses, we will teach you the basics of ballroom dancing. Ballroom dances are partner dances that are mainly popular in Europe and consist of two categories: Standard and Latin.

What you are going to learn

You are going to learn two new dances: Rumba and English Tango. Additionally, new figures for all four dances from Social 1 (Discofox, Cha Cha, Jive & English Waltz) will be introduced.

Requirements for the course

Axel und Viera können die Figuren und Techniken sehr sehr gut und verständlich erklären. Großes Lob! Insgesamt hat mir der Kurs sehr viel Spaß gemacht und ich habe viel gelernt.

Daniel and Andrea are excellent teachers, i can only recommend. Their clear and step by step explanations are very easy to follow.

Das Lehrerpaar war topmotiviert und hat die Tanzschritte mit Witz + Style vorgezeigt. So hat es gleich noch mehr Spass gemacht in den Tanzstunden :). Andrea und Daniel haben darauf geachtet, dass alle Teilnehmerpaare Feedback bekommen und haben uns mit bei Fragen gerne und oft weitergeholfen.

Sehr cooler Kurs, ich fand die Beiden leitenden Personen sehr Kompetent und eingespielt. Sie haben einem immer weitergeholfen und haben die Schritte sehr ausführlich erklärt. Was ich ebenfalls sehr toll fand, ist, dass sie bereits etwas auf die Form und Technik eingegangen sind und nicht nur gezeigt haben in welcher Reihenfolge man die Schritte machen muss.

Thore and Marina are great teachers! It's easy to follow their explanations; they have found a good balance between dry runs and dancing to music, all while providing just the right amount of feedback. They're also approachable and fun. I would definitely join one of their courses again.
