COURSE 2:  In this course we focus on the various types of isolations and movement elements that are used in Zouk. You will learn about waves, cambrés, chest and hip isolations and how to playfully transform one into the other and how to integrate everything into your basic steps.

In Zouk 2, we build directly on the foundations laid in Zouk 1 and Lambada, deepening our connection, technique and musicality with new steps and figures. The course is aimed at dancers who have already mastered some of the basics (basic, viradinha, lateral, simple turn) and are now looking for even more expression, variety and opportunities for improvisation.
