Erledigst du deine Aufgaben, wenn es gerade passt? Planung ist genauso ein Fremdwort für dich, wie Gruppendynamik, und Konflikte gibt es für dich nicht? Dann solltest du vielleicht mal vorbeischauen. In diesem Kurs zeigen wir dir, wie man lernt mit ein wenig Planung die Zeit sinnvoll zu nutzen. Wie man mit ein wenig Wissen und mehr Selbstbewusstsein seine Tanzklasse unter Kontrolle behält und eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre schafft. Im Detail betrachten wir die vorgängige und laufende Planung einer Unterrichtsstunde, selbstbewusstes Auftreten, verschiedene Führungsstile, Gruppenbildung und alles um Feedback und Konfliktmanagement. Schaut doch vorbei, wir freuen uns.

Das Seminar hat einen Gesamtumfang von 2 Stunden eingeteilt in verschiedene Themenbereiche:
    - Selbstorganisation (Bewusstes Aufgabenmanagement, Priorisierung, Terminplanung)
    - Kursorganisation (Lektionenplanung mit Durchführung sowie Vor- & Nachbearbeitung)
    - Auftreten und Unterrichtsrhetorik
    - Gruppendynamik und Führungsstile
    - Feedback und schwierige Gespräch

Stefan can be really funny at times, and Sophia lightens the atmosphere and brings more structure when needed. I really enjoyed the course and would retake it! Of course there are always ways to make it better, like regular ruedas (I would personally prefer shorter ruedas every time than only doing it twice) or regular short repetitions of past figures, but we all know the time is limited. There are also things I really liked in this course: + There are videos! So I can repeat the figures at home before LOD. Very useful. Please keep doing them. + Hearing about the bailes populares was helpful to put the dance into a cultural context. + We discussed musicality and the structure of salsa songs, and Stefan brought a real poster! Cool! + The figures we learned are nice, and we could learn them pretty quickly. The only drawback is that I forget them just as quickly... But for that we already have point 1.

Ich fand den Kurs super. Axel und Viera haben einen tollen Job macht; ich hab was gelernt und hatte viel Spass :)

As always, Axel and Viera did an amazing job! I started with no background except ballroom 1, but the progression is very good, and I always had loads of fun too, can recommend strongly to anyone!

Such a great course! I started with zero dance background and ended up feeling capable and comfortable with multiple dances. It was so much fun!

Ich hatte sehr viel Spass - toll ist, dass wirklich bei Null begonnen wird und man so auch als komplette Anfänger (ich) eine Chance hat mitzukommen ;)

Axel und Viera können die Figuren und Techniken sehr sehr gut und verständlich erklären. Großes Lob! Insgesamt hat mir der Kurs sehr viel Spaß gemacht und ich habe viel gelernt.

Der Kurs war super, auch weil man ganz beim Anfang beginnt, also mit Rhythmus. Ich kann den Kurs echt empfehlen.

Sofia war eine tolle Lehrerin und hatte immer einen Tip bereit, wie man als Follower die Arme stylen konnte.
