Crash courses:
Whether as preparation for the Polyball, other festive events, or simply for the joy of dancing - our crash courses are the perfect opportunity to quickly learn the most important ball dances or refresh what you already know.

In a relaxed and motivating atmosphere, we guide you step by step through four popular dances.

• 14:30 - 15:30: English Walz - elegant and classic, the epitome of ball dancing

• 15:45 - 16:45: Discofox - versatile and lively, suitable for any occasion

• 17:00 - 18:00: Rhythm - the all-rounder that fits almost any music

• 18:15 - 19:15: Rumba - expressive and full of feeling, perfect for any ball

Each course is self-contained and can be attended individually so you can decide which dances you want to learn, or try all four. No prior experience is needed: our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics with patience and enthusiasm.

Participation costs CHF 5 per course for students (CHF 10 per course regular).
