Description

This course will take place in Alumni-Pavillon (same location as Social 1 by Heidi & Daniel), except for the lesson on June 5th - it will take place in CAB F21 (StuZ). 

During the social courses, we will teach you the basics of ballroom dancing. Ballroom dances are partner dances that are mainly popular in Europe and consist of two categories: Standard and Latin.

What you are going to learn

You are going to learn two new dances: Rumba and English Tango. Additionally, new figures for all four dances from Social 1 (Discofox, Cha Cha, Jive & English Waltz) will be introduced.

English Waltz

Cha Cha

Jive

• Basic in Place
• Change of Places Right to Left
• Change of Places Left to Right
• Fallaway Rock

Discofox

• Basic in Place
• Change of Places Right to Left
• Change of Places Left to Right
