I am a Colombian dancer and meditator, with a background in Contemporary, Jazz, and Latin dance. My teaching style attempts to generate a space for expression and self-knowledge, weaving movement as a way to learn how to interact with your surroundings and how you fit within them. Taking it as one of the best exercises to remember that life is a journey in the same way that dance can be lived in just one second, and when done from the heart every moment feels like the whole universe.
A dream hidden beneath the dance, and carried out by awareness, is to learn how to live through the understanding of movement. You can see a person just through the way he carries himself, the question now is what do you see in yourself through the mirror that others grant?
In this course we will learn some impressive figure combinations from Popular/Sensual Bachata together. Along the way we will also repeat the basics from Bachata 1.

Great teachers, great course! Especially appreciated that they put an emphasis on musicality early on instead of just mechanically memorizing figures. Very pleasant atmosphere!

Already my second course with Lena and Johannes and it was just as fun as the first one. Theirattention to detail and their fun ways to explain figures really help getting better and perfectionating each step.

The room is very well suited and the figures were taught in a nice way. We even went out with the teachers and some participants - that was so much fun and really useful.
