Description

In this lesson we will look into talking to music. I will show you how you can give real-time commands to students in order to stitch together already known figures to form a choreography or repeat them as group in sync.

You can also join this course if you are not teaching at Tanzquotient, but are interested in how to communicate and teach dancing skills to others.

A lot of fun and very suitable for beginners and people who have never danced before! The 75min were almost not enough Quadrille for me :)

Quadrille is a very fun dance with six different 'stages' of figures. The teacher could explain all French terms in a very understandable way. I would totally recommend it, even if I've forgotten most of the steps already...

Kurs bei Melody und Matthias war super! Beide sind sehr motiviert. Die Tanzschritte wurden immer sehr gut erklärt und vorgezeigt. Sie Atmosphäre im Kurs war immer sehr gut. Beide sind auf Wünsche der Teilnehmenden eingegangen.

Melody und Matthias leiten den Ballroom 1 Kurs hervorragend, sie machen es möglich, jede und jedem auf individuellem Niveau abzuholen, sodass jede Person das Meiste aus dem Kurs profitieren kann. Sehr viel Spass und sehr cooler Vibe mit den beiden!

Der Kurs ist wunderbar geeignet für Einsteiger, um gewisse Grundschritte und einfache Figuren zu lernen. In einer kurzen Zeit werden die Grundlagen auf eine gute Art beigebracht und direkt (nach einer kurzen Einführung) auch im Tanz mit einem Partner geübt.

Absolute must for someone who, like me, has always been a little fascinated by dancing but was too shy to try it in front of other, more skilled people. The level is generally about the same for all participants, so I felt it was easier to make mistakes without feeling ashamed, and the teachers were really nice, and offered wonderfully clear explanations both in general to everyone, and privately on request. Great course, and the price is unbeatable!
