Description

During the ballroom courses, we will teach you the basics of ballroom dancing. Ballroom dances are partner dances that are mainly popular in Europe and consist of two categories: Standard and Latin.

What you are going to learn

With Slowfox, you are going to learn the last missing Standard dance. Additionally, we will introduce new figures for English Waltz, Quickstep, Samba, Cha Cha, Rumba and Paso Doble.

Lena is always very entertaining and explains steps patiently even for the 5th time in a row. Sasha seems to be a Profi. I suspect he is a Profi. Thanks for the great course both of you!

If you feel open dancing is too boring, consider learning new cool figures and improve your technique = much more fun at OD ;)

Sascha and Lena are amazing teachers, they are very knowledgeable and I feel their strong suit is on technique. Thanks to this I feel like I improved a lot and can’t wait for the next one.

Amazing course, one of the best I've done, the teachers had great vibe and were very professional, but also had time to really focus on giving personal feedback. Also loved the pace, it really felt like we were constantly learning, but the second everyone would get it we would switch and do something new/more complicated, so I really felt like we were using the time to the maximum without just patching the course to fill the hour. Overall amazing teachers and I would totally recommend the course

Lena and Sascha were a great team and fantastic teachers. The classes were a lot of fun. They did everything to accommodate the different levels of the participants and gave great feedback. I would choose them anytime again and I look forward to Ballroom7 ;)

Sascha und Lena unterrichten so, dass der Kurs wirklich Spass macht und man gut folgen kann. Vielen Dank! Im Ballroom 6 kommen einige coole Figuren und es im Alumni-Pavillon war, konnte man direkt zum freien Tanze dort bleiben.

Cool course, the teachers adapted to our level and explained figures we could learn. We had quite a lot of samba, finally I can dance through a song using more than 3 figures.

Melody and Sascha both taught the course very well and were very helpful. One could see, that they had a concept in mind, and were open to any thoughts, feedbacks and other options. This course is a good opportunity to learn new figures next to the normal dance course.

Melody is how I'd imagine an angel in dancing shoes, while Sascha is the most available (just come to any Mon open dancing) and helpful teacher I've got to know at TQ so far. Together they form a wonderful couple to teach you everything you'd like to know about ballroom dances, but also more if you're ready to be challenged. With them, the class is never over when your watch is saying so. Follower or leader, don't miss dancing with them and getting feedback on both following and leading. The classes were all fun and nicely structured, with great written summaries in the WA chat right after the class saying what has been learned / practiced that day. I'd highly recommend any of the courses with them!

It is a very beginner friendly training and a safe space to ask question and gain new fancy dancefloor skills. I recommend checking the Group in the TQ community for the topic, I guess it could be hard, if you don't know the dance at all. But try it yourself - it has really helped me improve my technique!

Very useful beginner course. The pace is slow and the steps are quite simple, perfect for anyone who has no prior dance experience, but could feel too slow if you have ever danced (anything) before.

Super Kurs, hat richtig Spass gemacht. Die Lehrer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Stimmung war gut. Hätte nicht erwartet in 4h so weit zu kommen. Würde es jedem empfehlen (Achtung, macht Bock auf mehr!).
