TimeTECHNIK: LIFTS & TRICKS is a concept course. As the title suggests, we will mainly cover lifts, spinning and counter-balance technique, that you can implement into your own dance style. basically you learn how to climb, fly high, spin elegantly and move dynamically.
ATTENTION!! This is a technical course and independent of any dance style, hence it is suitable for ALL dancers who like to make their dancing dynamic, elegant and versatile.
