We will cover the fundamentals in 3 Standard (Waltz, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz) and 3 Latin dances (Rumba, Cha cha, Jive). The focus will be on what we should prioritise in each dance in order to show the true character of the dance. We will also cover technique, styling, and performance, as well as the all important lead and follow!

In the Ballroom Level Trainings the focus is set on the classical ten Ballroom (Slow Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slowfox, Quickstep) and Latin dances (Samba, Cha-Cha-Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive) according to the different syllabi (Bronze, Silver, Gold) of ISTD/IDTA.

The aim is to achieve a balanced, holistic approach that enables beautiful and pleasant dancing in (almost) any context.

Ideally, knowledge of the Newcomer/PreBronze Syllabus in all ten dances is required, but at least the Social 4 (TQ) or EI2 (TC Academia) level including one year of dance experience.
